Martin has 25 years experience working predominantly in the financial services sector as a management board executive and management consultant.
He joined Seymours in 2011 after a 3-year period break from financial services having acquired, run and sold his share in a niche business in the sports/leisure market. He brings a wealth of experience as well as some different perspectives having experienced the world outside financial services!
Previous roles include strategy director, marketing director, commercial director and director of organisation development in mid to large-scale retail financial services organisations. As a consultant Martin has delivered strategy and marketing development projects as well as overseeing a number of major new business and new product launches. Martin is also a highly experienced facilitator of senior executive and board level teams.
At Seymours Martin works with clients on projects ranging from whole organisation strategy to coaching and development for individual executives.
