The work we undertake is wide ranging, both in terms of clients and assignments. Recent clients include a leading fund management business, a national IFA network, a law firm with a significant financial services subsidiary, and a regional friendly society - with assignments ranging from the development and implementation of a new business strategy, and the strategic review and subsequent sale of a fund management business, to the program management of a marketing training and coaching initiative.
With 20 years of combined experience in client facing, senior management and managing director roles we provide professional expertise, with a hands on approach.
